Clear Leisure Guide

Write for us

Clear Leisure Guide welcomes thoughtful pitches about city leisure, short outings, creative time and the choices that help free time fit around a busy week.

What makes a strong pitch

Send a clear premise, the reader it would help and the main idea they would take away. We value specific, original angles that stand on their own, can be useful without invented research or first-hand testing, and do not repeat the core advice of an existing piece. A brief outline is more useful than a polished full draft sent without context.

Useful boundaries

Proposals should suit a general reader making ordinary, low-risk leisure choices. Avoid pitches that depend on changing local rules, professional advice, unsupported claims, access to private information or personal experience that has not taken place. Disclose any relevant commercial interest or material connection.

How to propose a piece

Send proposals through the Contact page and choose the editorial question option. Include a working title, a short summary and any relevant context. A proposal is not a commission, and we may not be able to respond to every submission.

Our point of view

Free time should feel like your own

A good plan leaves room to change your mind. We look for leisure that fits real schedules, changing energy and the city around you.
